SELECT EXHIBITORS
Though each exhibitor inquiry is carefully considered, booth availability is primarily dependent on your company’s relevance to our attendees and your ability to provide diversity among our existing exhibitors. A maximum of 34 vendors  and our unique maze, exhibitor space creates the perfect opportunity to put your brand front and center.    

• Exhibitors are encouraged to mingle on Friday 9/17 from 8pm to 11pm at the social Luau
• We can arrange private seating areas outside the Exhibitor Hall for small group presentations, INQUIRE 
• You are encouraged to make appointments and invite the interested DCs to your booth
• Booth installation begins Fri Sept 17  at 7pm.  Must be completed by 9/18 at 7:30am
• First Vendor Exhibit is Saturday Sept 18 at 11:00am - 11:30am  and  4pm to 4:30pm
• Vendor Hall is open until 8am on Saturday Sept 18
• Bring Your Banners to the Registration Area at any time on Friday & mingle with the Docs.      
• Meet Doctors Plenty of room and seating areas outside the hall to engage or create your space.
• Exhibitor Hall opens on Saturday 9/18 at 8am until 6:30pm
• There are Dedicated Vendor Breaks
