Climate-related events are growing more common, and Americans are concerned, even those who don’t live in coastal areas. Hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, and wildfires have them concerned. Fifty-four percent (54%) of Americans fear that they would not be able to afford the cost of a natural disaster. |

DESCRIPTION: According to the U.S. Department of Local Affairs, the population in Arapahoe County was projected to grow more than 50,000 between 2010 and 2040. If you follow Corona Insights, it’s projected closer to an increase of 200,000 between 2019 and 2040. With long waiting lists for potential new home buyers and REALTORS® scrambling for inventory to show their buyers, this isn’t a surprise to much of anyone. Then throw in transportation. By 2040, Arapahoe County predicts congestion will be up to 20.4%, up from 16.5%. Bryan Weimer, Director of Public Works and Development for Arapahoe County, will guide you through the challenges and the County’s plans to address them.

SPEAKER BIO: Tracy "JackieO" LaTourrette, Colorado’s “First Lady” fighter pilot and one of the first women in the world to fly fighter aircraft, has flown missions globally as a combat mission-ready F-16 fighter pilot. Tracy graduated along with 88% men from the US Air Force Academy with a coveted appointment from President George H.W. Bush. She entered less than a decade after women commissioned--and graduated before women were even authorized to fly combat aircraft. Lieutenant Colonel LaTourrette retired after 22 years while serving as the Deputy Director of Operations at the Colorado National Guard’s Joint Force Headquarters.

A postcard reminder will be sent to unpaid agents on Thursday, April 29, 2021.
The email being sent to the agents on March 23, 2021, April 13, 2021 and April 27, 2021, will read as follows: Your SentriLock fees for 2021 are now due.
Your SentriLock fees total $100.20 are due by Tuesday, May 4, 2021.
Suspend date for non-paying agents is Thursday, May 13, 2021. A reactivation fee will be added to any unpaid bills on this date. The reactivation fee is $58.02.
