Welcome to our New

Customer Assistant Portal!

We are welcoming a system update that is designed for easier access for our favorite people.. our customers😊

You guys will be able to access this new portal through our website which is being updated as well!

This update comes with a new spot which will give you access to many things including but not limited to:

  • Paying your invoices,
  • Placing Service calls (when you are concerned with something in your lawn/or home),
  • or Service inquiries (wanting to add services onto your account!)

Currently, you can only make payments through the portal. These changes are going to take place over the next month and we will keep in close contact as we make more features available.

We wanted to give you all the necessary tools needed to register for this portal so you can take a look as soon as possible!


Tools needed to register:

  • Your Customer number

(on the top middle of your invoice and only 5 numbers)

  • Your Zip Code
  • Just the Numbers of your address ONLY (ex. 1234 Alan rd )

Our Field Managers wanted to remind you that we have been experiencing a rise in temperatures as well as more drought issues in our lawns!


So, to prevent this we recommend watering twice a week in the early morning to evade the evaporation that would typically happen if you watered mid-day!

This with our regularly scheduled services should prevent drought damage on your lawn!

We appreciate your patience in this change as our office will be putting lots of effort into making this jump as seamless as possible!
