SENIOR ATTORNEY

Seeking a seasoned estate planning and elder law attorney for our Garden City office. Unique opportunity. Prefer 7+ years of relevant experience.
SOCIAL WORKER

Seeking an experienced full time licensed Social Worker/Mental Health Counselor to work primarily in our Smithtown office.

Conduct in-home and telephonic assessments to determine appropriateness for Community Medicaid home care.

Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to educate and support clients and their families.
PARALEGAL

Seeking an experienced paralegal to draft general and legal documents including Advance Directives under the supervision of law partner.

Coordinate signings, field calls, data entry, note taking and strong follow up skills needed.

Work directly with clients.

This position requires excellent record-keeping, attention to detail, file upkeep and strong organization skills.
