As I reflect on the past week, I’m grateful for the support of colleagues as we celebrated NP Week while also grieving for the tragic events at UVA. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Charlottesville community. We are heartbroken for everyone who has been impacted by this tragedy. As healthcare providers, it’s important we follow the advice that we give our patients and take care of our mental health, especially during times of crisis. Help is available by contacting your local mental health services program or click here.

Thank you for your dedication to your patients and our profession. Best wishes for a safe, happy and healthy Thanksgiving.
