Pool season is ending, but there is still plenty to be excited about!

We welcomed 15 new spa chairs on Tuesday! They are awaiting your arrival and are pretty comfortable.

Make sure to get in all the swimming you can as the last day to swim is Monday, September 5! The pool will be open for normal swim hours 5:00 AM - 8:45 AM that day.

As a reminder, the lifeguard hours are as follows through the end of the pool season.

Lap swim: 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Open swim: 9:00 AM – 8:45 PM

Open swim: 9:00 AM – 7:45 PM

Concession cards are valid until the end of the year! If you purchased a concession card but aren’t sure if you will use it by the end of the pool season (September 5), not to worry! We will have snacks and drinks until the end of the year. So, stop by the Overlook clubhouse if you’re out and about walking the dogs or kids or need a quick snack to make your day a bit better.

The Overlook clubhouse is also home to a ping pong table, corn hole, bocci ball, and board games. Adults and children aged 11 and older can use the clubhouse and games during operating hours. Don’t forget to bring your membership card (or a picture of the card) to enjoy the fun.

What are you waiting for if you haven’t used the fitness room yet? All residents 16 and older can use the fitness room during business hours.

Children aged 14 – 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18. Children 13 and under are not permitted to use the fitness room.

This week, school has started back up for many of our Sterling Ranch kids. Getting kids to and from school safely is a top priority. One big thing to remember is that when a bus stops and the red flashing lights are on, you must stop.

The following warranty work will be taking place in Sterling Ranch next week.

Work to repair concrete on the motor court along Eagle River will continue through 8/26. Residents will not have access to their garages during this time and must park on the street.
