COVID-19 Update as of September 20, 2021
Please note the update to the COVID-19 guidelines when submitting a new application. There has been a minor change which is highlighted in yellow.
For any NEW business that will be submitted:

Effective immediately, we need to ask all NEW clients/applicants completing an application the following questions:

  • Have they had a fever or respiratory symptoms within the last 14 days?
  • Have they had contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID 19?

If your client has traveled out of the country or been on a cruise ship they can’t be written for 30 days from the day they returned home.

  • If your client has had a documented case of COVID 19 they should be postponed for 30 days. We will require a statement of good health from the healthcare provider if your client required a physician or hospital to be involved in their care. This should include medical documentation of negative test to be considered recovered and should be submitted with the application.
  • If your client has had a documented primary contact with a COVID 19 patient, the case should not be written for 45 days from the date of their initial contact.
