LCC is hosting a food drive for the entire month of September. Please drop off non-perishable food donations and full sized personal care items at the office M-F 9AM to 3PM, or call to arrange for drop offs outside of those hours. Donations will be shared between the following organizations:

Instructor Rhonda Ivey-Lentini oversees this CT mandatory broker pre-licensing 15-hr course, offered via live virtual (Zoom). Classes are 3-hours to be completed over non-consecutive days. Students must attend all 5 days to receive credit. This course is offered jointly by Mid-State Association of REALTORS® and GHAR. This course covers essential Brokerage legal regulations, guidelines, concepts, definitions necessary for Real Estate Professionals to understand the legal aspects of running and maintaining a Real Estate Brokerage business.

Bridge Committee Scholarship of GHAR - Applications Accepted!

In an effort to ease the financial burden of a new REALTOR® member just starting in the business, the Bridge Committee scholarship of GHAR is based on a one-time reimbursement of REALTOR® fees paid (exclusive of licensing) and will be awarded to a newly licensed agent within 6 months to 2 years of application. Code of Ethics Deadline: December 31st, 2021

NAR requires all members to complete the Code of Ethics Training Requirement every 3 years.
Please inform our member services department if you have taken the requirement at another school. Don't wait until the last minute!
