Advice From the Advisory Board
Hello! I am Suhas Dantuluri, a senior on the 3DE Advisory Board. I love 3DE and all the opportunities it has given me to grow, and I hope that all our underclassmen will also find the same growth, or possibly even greater growth. I am planning to head down
the Pre-Med track but also hold interests in engineering and business management.

When working on a case, I like to start by taking a step back and looking at what everyone else is doing, not just within our school and our class specifically, but all businesses that offer similar solutions. I then work with my team to break down each individual aspect of such a solution and see how we can outperform everyone else. I try to be that kid that asks you about something to only one up you later, as much as I dislike those sorts of people myself. In the world of business, perceived value is everything, so appealing to emotion with some big numbers to back it up is key.

I look forward to seeing you in the 3DE space!
Teaching & Learning Spotlight
11th grade takes a different spin on 3DE as they work on case studies instead of case challenges. A case study is a retrospective study of something that has already happened and how the company addressed that problem, where as a case challenge is a chance for students to solve a current problem. For the first case study of the year, students have been learning about the Alston & Bird law firm and how they were able to recruit top talent for a new firm in London through cultural agility and creativity & innovation. Mrs. Pope was able to use the company information during an activity on rhetorical arguments and inductive and deductive reasoning. Students were asked to create a marketing campaign on the fly for an all terrain family vehicle, then related that activity to how Alston & Bird approached the problem of opening their new firm. To say the least, these quick presentations were fun to watch!

Congratulations and Welcome!
The 3DE Advisory Board would like to congratulate and welcome to the board Soham Shetty as a junior class representative, Varsha Nermal as a sophomore class representative, and Jessica Im as a freshman class representative. These Titans will be the newest voices of the 3DE students, and will work with 3DE teachers and leadership to ensure 3DE students are having a positive experience.
Greetings, my name is Soham, a junior @ 3DE in Northview. I love watching anime and trying cool new tricks and giving up on them immediately after ( such as trying to do a handstand and falling face down). I’m really excited to be a part of the Advisory board because it not only allows me to represent the student body but also be able to participate in discussions to help further 3DE core values of communication, collaboration, and creativity.
Hi! I’m Varsha Nirmal and I’m honored to be one of the new members on the Advisory Board. I’m currently a sophomore that joined 3DE to pursue my interest in business and build valuable life skills. I’m excited to get to work and share some new ideas for this program!
Hello! My name is Jessica Im. I am pleasured that I am able to participate in 3DE program as an Advisory Board member. I am looking forward to working with other board members and I hope I could be of help to students who are in 3DE program.
We want to showcase YOU!
But can't without a media release....

We're halfway there! 3DE must have a signed media release in order to use your picture in the newsletter, Instagram page, or any other place we want to spotlight you! Please take a moment to complete the 21-22 3DE Consent Form. Paper copies are available outside the lounge.
