Opening Mass & Eucharistic Procession

All are invited to join us on Wednesday, August 24 at 10:50 at St. Bernard for our opening school Mass and Eucharistic Procession. Join us as we return the Eucharist to our school and christen a new academic year.

Daily Time Schedule

Click here for the daily time schedule. This can help in making appointments.A couple of key points:

1) Mondays will always have an 8:30 start time.

2) X Period has been lengthened to allow for club meetings, extra time with teachers, and our new house program. In most weeks that we do not have Mass, Tuesday - Friday will be X Day schedules.

3) Please note that the end of the school day has been moved back to 3:10.

4) Z period runs until 3:30. Students who are missing work or need to make up a test or quiz may be required to stay for Z period. No practices are allowed to begin before the end of Z period.

Photos Needed

We need your help! We are blessed to have four active and vibrant campuses that offer many different activities for our students and families. We are not always able to capture these events in photos. That's where you come in! We have created an email account to submit those photos for our use in upcoming yearbooks, on our website, through social media, in the X magazine, or in our other school publications.

When you are out and about at different events throughout the Xavier System and are taking pictures, please share them with us! You can email them to  [email protected]. Thank you!

School Lunch Program

Families can now add money to lunch accounts using checking/savings or credit cards through their Blackbaud Tuition account.

We also added online registration/application for free and reduced lunch eligibility. We no longer require paper applications. However, both options are available on our website

Senior Picture Requirements

Parents of seniors, please make sure to see the requirements for senior pictures found on page 3 of this month's News and Notes. In order for your senior's picture to appear in the yearbook and the graduation slideshow, it must meet these requirements.

Driver's Education

Information regarding the fall sessions for Driver's Ed can be found on the Counseling Department's website. Enrollment is limited, so register soon if you'd like to take your classes at Xavier.

VEX Robotics Coach Needed

The highly decorated Xavier High School VEX program is in need of a coach! If you or someone you know is interested, please contact Mr. Mauthe.
