Over the last 18 months of grappling with the COVID 19 pandemic, our daily technology needs have been overwhelming. Will I be able to log in to my next online meeting? Can I find that file on my laptop, or will I have to sign into the company server? Do I really have to change my password, create a new account, or take action when I receive this email?
