Family Worship for Children and Youth
For the next 4 Sunday’s, Pastor Dan will be inviting all of our children and youth to join their families upstairs in the Sanctuary for an inclusive Family Worship Service!
There will be special bulletins for our children and youth, and those will include fun ways to follow along in the service, and will also include themed word finds, puzzles and coloring pages.
Regular Children’s and Youth Worship will resume downstairs in Fellowship Hall on Sunday September 11th, with a special “Blessing of the Backpacks!”
Nursery Care will be provided in the Nursery throughout, and our wonderful new Nursery Care Provider, Orly Bryan will greet you with a smile each week!

2022 United Way of Lamoille County Service Days:
- Saturday, August 13th from 8:00am - noon
- Saturday, September 10th, from 8:00 am - 2:00 (delivery days)
Volunteers are needed to block, split, and stack wood. People with chainsaws, wood splitters, trucks and trailers are essential.

Join Daniel Ehrlich, Keshet's Educational Director to virtually visit this site in Northern Israel and to gain insight into the Jewish context of the foundational stories of Christianity. Get to know this Jewish community of the Second Temple period and better understand how the story of Jesus and his followers is part of the saga of the Jewish People of the Second Temple period. It is a 40-45 minute learning session combining Powerpoint with maps, texts and timelines and video with live narration and teaching followed by Q&A.

Concert This Sunday!
Joe Davidian and Taryn Noelle will offer and share a concert of memories, music, milestones and friendship at the beautiful Stowe Community Church in Stowe at 5:00 pm on Sunday August 14th. We hope that you may come join us for an evening of story, fellowship, memories and new beginnings.
Joe and Taryn have been longtime friends and collaborators over the past 25+ years, and would be thrilled to see you there, and to say hello! Joe is originally from East Montpelier, VT, and now resides and works in New York City, and is widely known and revered as an international Jazz Piano phenom and sensation. Taryn, who is originally from Toronto, Canada, did her own stint in NYC as an actor, and now splits her time between Stowe and Craftsbury, VT.
$10 pp, suggested donation at the door, cookies and lemonade provided!

Busy August Ahead! Save These Dates!
August 21st Congregational Meeting right after 9:30 service to vote on replacement and upgrading our kitchen stove and hood including bringing everything up to code. Members will also be voting on a new vice president as Kathe Rhinesmith will be relocating to New Hampshire. Thank you Kathe, so much for all your spiritual guidance and leadership in our church.
August 21st "Picnic at the Parsonage” 11:00 am Bring your own picnic food, blankets, chairs, and beverages and relax together on the lawn of the Parsonage for an extended time of fellowship following the morning worship service.
