Our member asks, “Are you aware of any systems for keeping digital copies of receipts and invoices etc. that also makes them searchable? I would like to hire someone who knows how to keep my piles of paperwork - all invoices, etc. - in digital form. To organize all of the outside salesmen’s receipts, mileage, and expense submissions, I am using “Certify”, and I am not sure if I can use that for all other receipts. Our ERP requires a PO, and most of our operating expenses and non-resale items are not entered there. I want to be able to ask for an invoice and have them know where a copy of it is! After 40 years, I am tired of my piles of paperwork, and am curious to know if any other member has mentioned this—thanks!”
