Without the pressure of exams and daily school routines, summer break is the perfect opportunity to explore STEAM in a fun and relaxed setting. Our members have been enjoying their time in the Gene Haas Foundation STEAM Innovation Center with hands-on experiments and lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Members from both Oxnard and Port Hueneme Clubs were also able to explore the California Science Center! They learned everything from how ecosystems affect and define each other, to how plants and animals grow, develop, and survive, to how humans design aircraft, spacecraft and space probes.

Thank you,
