Planting the Seeds...

The Spring is the best time to plant some seeds for a full garden, and that is what we are up to. Be on the look out for a new and exciting public side navigation where you will be able to customize more (think "memberships" and the "store" on their own tabs) and your public will reap the benefits having a simpler time registering.

Side 1: What's New

Reports

The payment type on a Disbursement Summary Report export is now in the report title.
Facility usage by account report is now rounding minutes up to hours, when going through to the last page.
Rosters now reflect if an activity is cancelled.
When selecting INDIVIDUAL rosters the option to include DOB and age has been added.

Activities & Registration

Budget groups now show on the standard activity add review page.
We have added the option to 'apply all' in the disclaimer settings of one activity to all activities in that program.
We have added "*inactive" next to inactive required memberships to help avoid registration issues.

Memberships

Mailing addresses are now included in exports from Registrations > Export Memberships on a membership.
Added a feature allowing a user to choose the date on which an extension or subscription membership will start.

New Navigation Tabs

Two new group spaces have been added to the public navigation, allowing you to further organize your site's main menu. These can be utilized however you like – or not at all! – but we'll provide a handy guide in our Knowledge Base showing how we recommend using the new space. Window shopping made easy. The Membership card order form has been updated to include a handy quote calculator, so you can tweak your order to suit your budget.
Shipping quotes will be sent after order submission. Our form is good, but not “access to UPS shipping prices” good, unfortunately.
Professionally designed. Skip the hassle of those annoying drag-and-drop “design builders.” Our experienced Design Specialist will work with you to create a card design that reflects exactly what you need, in the most delightful way.
