Attention Business Owners!
Are you interested in hosting a vaccination clinic?
The Alameda County Workforce Development Board (ACWDB) is working with the Alameda County Public Health Department to offer on-site mobile vaccination clinics at places of employment, in order to increase equitable vaccine distribution amongst our residents.

You can work with the Public Health Department to bring a clinic to your worksite and help get your employees vaccinated! Additionally, if desired, you can open the clinic and offer appointments for surrounding businesses, employees’ families, etc.

By hosting a vaccination clinic at your location, you would need to:
  • Provide adequate space for the event, aligned with social distancing guidelines
  • Do targeted outreach to help folks sign up

The vaccination team would provide:
  • Vaccines and ancillary supplies
  • Vaccinators and clinical staff

If you are interested in requesting a “pop-up” mobile vaccination clinic, please fill out the form linked below. The purpose of this survey is to collect information required for scheduling a vaccination clinic with your organization. Please note, vaccination clinics are intended as one-time events, and they typically range from 20-300 doses per clinic. Depending on the vaccine type, we will need you to host a 2nd dose clinic 3- or 4-weeks later. Submitting a form does not guarantee a clinic can be scheduled.
