SMUD Energy Careers Pathways |
This program provides hands-on education to adults 18 years of age and older on the techincal skills required to work in the solar energy field.
Now in the program's second year, they've partnered with GRID Alternatives, a local nonprofit, that offers renewable energy training to under-resourced communities.
In 2021 to date, 100 students have completed this four-week training course.

Redistricting 2021

Every 10 years, the Sacramento County Board of Supervisor District Boundaries must be redrawn using U.S. Census data. This is referred to as "redistricting" and is required to ensure that the five districts are as close in population as possible and that each member represents about the same number of voters.

The Cosumnes Subbasin Working Group is requesting your input on the Plan before it is finalized and submitted to the State Department of Water Resources in January 2022.
Visit Cosumnes.WaterForum.org to review the Draft GSP chapters and learn how to submit your comments. The deadline to submit comments is October 21, 2021.
