Bluegrass, Bourbon & BBQ is a fun evening that features live bluegrass music, delicious food, bourbon and bbq tastings, an open bar, and a live / silent auction! This year's event will be held outdoors on Summit Academy's back field.

KOSAIR KIDS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The Kosair Kids Financial Assistance Program at Kosair Charities provides direct financial assistance to families in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. It is designed to help with medical bills, equipment, and therapy of children 17 years of age and under, or still attending high school, whose families cannot otherwise afford to pay.
Mrs. Sabo's social studies classes dressed in costume to present information about the medieval guild they each represented. Her literacy class made objects that are important to them out of certain recycled materials used in a novel they read. Amazing job!
COVID-19 SAFETY
Continue to follow all recommended safety guidelines outside of school hours including proper use of face coverings, social distancing, hand washing, and avoiding large gatherings
If your child or anyone in your family is exhibiting signs of illness, be sure to speak with a physician prior to sending your child to school
Temperatures will be taken prior to exiting vehicles
Masks should be worn at all times except while eating or directed by a teacher
Lunches should be brought in paper sacks or lunch boxes - no microwaves available
Water bottles should be sent with students daily as fountains will be closed
Masks and physical distancing are expectations on all playgrounds
