Fingerprint Requirement for Background Studies Returns
DHS temporary provisional background checks have ceased and fingerprint background checks have returned.

At this time, DHS is requiring current employees with a cleared provisional background check to complete the fingerprinting and photo portion of their background check.

If you have a employee hired between April of 2020 and October of 2021 please have them watch their email for information from Human Resources on when they will need to get fingerprints taken.

The email will come from dhs.netstudy2@state.mn.us and will contain instructions on how to complete the fingerprinting process. Employees must get their fingerprints taken within 14 days of the date they receive the email to meet the requirement for continued employment.

Employee Exiting Form Reminder
Do you have any staff who no longer work for you? Client Representatives are encouraged to submit exit forms for any employees that no longer work for them to MRCI-CDS HR Department (CDSHR@mymrci.org). This will help us maintain up-to-date employment records and provide accurate information in situations such as employment/unemployment verification for all employees, as well as pay out any accrued paid time off (PTO) balances owed to former employees.

Please contact your program specialist with any questions. You can download copy of the Employee exit form using the button below.
2022 Training Schedule
