Sunday January 2, 2022, 10:00 AM PDT
"36"

Join us as we move out of a season of holiday cookie gluttony and abundant commercialism, into a new year, too often framed around restrictions and resolutions. What do we do with these feelings: gratitude and guilt? Hope to see you on this first Sunday of a new season, and know that we are grateful for all of you.

Worship Speaker: Rev. Ryan Althaus
Worship Leader & Associate: Pamela Cote

Elders Lunch with the Minister

If you are older in years or an elder of the Fellowship, you are invited to join Rev. Debra for the last in a series of monthly drop-in elders lunches to talk about the ways we can enjoy life and find meaning in our later years. Bring lunch or a snack and join Rev. Debra on Zoom on Wednesday, January 12 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm.

January Shared Plate Recipient
Wings

In January, we will support Wings, a local organization helping people experiencing homelessness to get and stay housed.

Wings is a group of caring advocates from our community who are dedicated to supporting individuals in their walk out of homelessness. Working exclusively with professional case managers, Wings connects volunteers with homeless participants to help them obtain the resources needed to become housed and self-sufficient. But more importantly, Wings provide compassion and respect that instills confidence and ultimately shows participants that they can, indeed, succeed on their own.
