You'll experience Classical Pilates exercises on the Reformer and Tower, alternating from week to week.
With a limit of 3 students for this series, you'll get hands-on instruction from the teacher, improving your skills and getting stronger with the support of each other.
The classes will take place on Thursdays at 9:30 AM on the following dates: 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6 and 10/13.
