DMYFS was awarded a grant from Eversource Energy CT to supply Sensory and Relaxation Room supplies in support of RSD#13 students. DMYFS, DMLWC and Jonathan and Sam from Eversource CT dropped off bean bag chairs, stress balls, fidget toys, speakers, head phones, yoga mats, breathing balls and so much more to three local schools.

Connecticut students in grades K-12 are invited to submit artwork for a coloring book contest in honor of National Prevention Week (May 8-14). The contest connects prevention with Developmental Assets, something we're very familiar with here with our Asset Building Classrooms!
