Meet Blessher!
Blessher is a is a stunning 3–4-year-old German Shepherd mix. This amazing girl had been through a lot, even losing a leg. Blessher has left her troubled past behind and is doing amazing. She is a very smart girl who will need an owner with herding breed experience. Blessher does well with other dogs but does need slow introductions. She loves to play, go for walks, learning obedience, and new ticks. Because of her only having three legs we feel it’s best she goes home with children over the age of 16. Blessher is an incredible dog so apply today!
Things To Do In the Area!
  • 9/3 Premier Lacrosse League 2022 Quarterfinals at Gillette - “It’s only fitting that the road towards a PLL Championship starts at Gillette Stadium, where six Super Bowl banners will sit above the six teams competing, paired with the League’s special history of an Inaugural season beginning on this field” said Co-Founder and President, Paul Rabil. “Fall in Foxborough is special; we’re excited to continue our investment into New England lacrosse, and our relationship with Gillette and the Kraft family.” Seven teams qualify for the PLL postseason and are seeded based on record, with the top overall seed receiving a bye straight to the semifinals. The quarterfinals will feature the two-seed taking on the seven-seed, the three-seed matched up against the six-seed, and the four-seed going head-to-head with the five-seed. The quarterfinal action gets underway at Gillette Stadium with a 12 p.m. matchup on Saturday afternoon, followed by games at 2:45 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. The final matchups and schedule will be determined following the conclusion of the regular season.

  • 9/6-9/11 Brimfield Flea Market, America’s Oldest Outdoor Antiques Flea Market in Brimfield, MA – Since 1959 Brimfield, MA has been the antique and collectibles capital of the US. Today there are 21 independent shows and thousands of dealers. As the premiere hot spot for antiquing and collecting in America, Brimfield attracts people from around the world. Rare and unusual items can be found as buyers search through history’s great marketplace. There is excitement among shoppers getting caught up in the spirit of antiquing and the thrill of the hunt.
  • 9/8 + 9/22 Cruise Night at Bass Pro Shops - “Enjoy your day of Bass Pro Shops cruising nostalgia and fun with the Mass Cruisers Auto Club! Bring the whole family. Kids can enjoy watching the Thursday night fish feeding at the Bass Pro Shops 34,000-gallon aquarium or walk the Ocean Spray nature trail out back while mom shops and dad bench races with fellow auto enthusiasts or looks over the latest in hunting, fishing, boating, sporting and camping gear. Cruise on over!
  • 9/9 Rammstein at Gillette - This year will see the North American stadium debut of the most extreme spectacle in live music, when Rammstein brings its full-scale stadium production to the continent for the first time ever. After being rescheduled from 2020, rock n roll’s most ambitious pyro-theatrical experience will come to the Boston market for the first time when Rammstein takes the Gillette Stadium stage on Friday, Sept. 9
  •  9/10-9/11 BSV Oktoberfest in Walpole - Live entertainment will be provided by Die Lustigen Almdudler Band. Food available for purchase: Choose between Schnitzel, Sausage, or Leberkaese Dinner at the main food tent. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Sausage on the roll, and Pancakes available at additional food tents. German music, entertainment, dancing and more.
  • 9/10 Seven Cedars Farm Fall Festival in Smithfield, RI – come join us for our annual fall festival, local vendors selling honey, photography, paintings, handmade crafts, jewelry, delicious baked good and more.
  • 9/11 Stairs4RTroops at Gillette Stadium - Stairs4RTroops - Gillette is a walk, climb or run up the stairs and around the lower sections at Gillette Stadium. The event takes place on September 11, 2022 from 10am-1pm at Gillette Stadium. The cost is $35 per adult and $10 for children under 18. All net proceeds from the event go to Homes for Our Troops (HFOT) which builds homes for severely injured veterans. Join us for a great day of music, videos and exercise while supporting our veterans. Waves run every 15 or 30 minutes. A special Firefighter wave will be run at 11 and a wheelchair wave will be run at 11:15. First 2000 people to register will receive a S4RT t-shirt.  
  • 9/17-9/18 Arts Festival in Pawtucket - Each year, the Pawtucket Arts Festival features long-time favorites, such as Slater Park Fall Festival, the Pawtucket Teachers' Alliance Pops in the Park performance of the Rhode Island Philharmonic, Taiwan Day Festival, the RI-Chinese Dragon Boat Races, SAM’s Fest, Mixed Magic Theatre and many more. These events engage thousands of people in the City’s creative and cultural life. The festival’s open-air market highlights over 100 crafters, artisans and creators of handmade items.
  •  9/24 Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Patriot Place - Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® is the world's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer's care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease.
  • 9/24 Rodman Ride for Kids - This year marks the 32nd annual Ride, which will be held on Saturday, September 24th. The Ride supports more than 250,000 kids each year through 52 affiliated organizations. Since its inception in 1991, the Rodman Ride for Kids has raised more than $122 million, and every dollar they have raised has gone directly to support young people. Team MMP has proudly been participating in the Rodman Ride for Kids since 2004. Over those years, our riders have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars that went to directly to helping create more empowering youth-adult relationships across Massachusetts.

  • 9/24 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony for Vince Wilfork at Gillette Stadium, Wilfork was voted by the fans as the 32nd inductee into the Patriots Hall of Fame. He is just the sixth player to be selected by the fans into the Patriots Hall of Fame in their first year of eligibility, joining Drew Bledsoe (2011), Troy Brown (2012), Tedy Bruschi (2013), Ty Law (2014) and Kevin Faulk (2016). Wilfork played 11 of his 13 seasons with the Patriots and helped bring two Super Bowl Championships to New England with victories in Super Bowl XXXIX and Super Bowl XLIX. During his time in New England, Wilfork helped the Patriots defense finish in the top 10 in points allowed eight times.

  • Anytime – Coastal Queen’s Daily Cruises, Newport - Coastal Queen offers narrated tours of magnificent Newport Harbor and lower Narragansett Bay on its daily Lighthouse and Mimosa Cruises and the Scenic Bay Cruises. On the more casual side (no narration) are the Evening Cheer and Evening Cocktail Cruises. Evening Cheer Cruises will offer drink specials from a special drink menu and the Evening Cocktail Cruise will have one “drink of the night” included in the price of the ticket.
