Multidisciplinary teams play an important role in the overall health and wellbeing of the people we serve. This presentation will explore roles that various team members play in influencing health care decisions of their patients and families, along wtih opportunities to encourage lifestyle and behavioral changes to reduce risk of ADRD. Participants will explore the impact of co-morbidities in older adults and the effects on cognition and overall health. Resources available to families and professionals to promote brain health and reduce ADRD risk will be reviewed.
