It has been nearly three years since news of the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, China first broke. Within three months we began one of the most remarkable upheavals in human history. We are still rebounding from the pandemic to this day. Millennia ago the remnant of God’s people were estranged from the land of promise longing to rebound. Their prophets pointed the way. The story of rebounding begins

with light.

1. Cash donations to help defray the cost of advertising, professional musicians, reception staples, printing, etc. Place your tax-deductible gift in an offering envelope, marked ‘Messiah’ ~ or donate @ AdventistGiving.org.

2. Home-baked Christmas cookies (by the dozens).

a. Distribute invitation fliers to public locations, your clubhouse, senior centers, etc. Messiah flyers are available in the church office during office hours and in the foyer on Sabbath to share with neighbors and local businesses.

b. Ushers to seat our guests and to receive donations during this annual event.

c. Attend! And make our guests feel welcomed!

Women's Ministry

This year our Women's Ministry team will be supporting The Well in the Desert by providing food items to help them provide a Thanksgiving dinner to 300 homeless and needy families in our community. If you would like to help contact Angie or Joyce.

The festival is just around the corner, Dec. 3 at 5:45 pm in downtown Palm Springs. We need volunteers to help build the float.

In-person Sabbath School

9:45 am-10:30 am

Beginners meet in the middle room of the back building.

Primary meets in the room adjacent to the bathrooms in the main building.

Juniors meet in the room adjacent to the Fellowship Hall.

Youth and Young Adults meet in the last room of the back building.

Adult Quarterly Class meets in the Fellowship Hall and is streamed online.

Bible Study Class is meeting in the room adjacent to the foyer.
