Swing by the Moab Library and take a gander at our latest art exhibit: it's wild! Sponsored each year by the Hogle Zoo, this traveling display depicts all kinds of wild critters in a variety of mediums. Sloths, pangolins, elephants and more will grace the walls of Grand County Public Library

2023 Youth Reading Challenge


March 1st - May 31st



Join the Challenge Today!


This spring, youth ages 0-18 are invited to spring into reading with Grand County Public Library. Log your reading and complete challenge activities to earn prizes from our reading challenge treasure chests and new colorful spring virtual badges!


To complete this challenge read whatever you want for a total of eight hours by May 31st.

Make sure you log every single minute you spend reading, no matter what you read - books, ebooks, graphic novels, comics, audio books, and magazines all count. Reading aloud counts twice - once for the reader and once for the listener!



Everyone who registers for this challenge earns a registration reward from our reading reward treasure chest.


Join us for a free showing of The Bad Guys @ Free Movie Friday and learn all about this year's Summer Reading Program!

On Friday, May 19th, the show starts at dusk @ Swanny Park after the Arts and Ag Market.

Bring your blankets, chairs, and water.
