Management approached JNESO with a wage increase proposal. While JNESO is always looking for increases in our members' pay, this particular proposal includes major givebacks. JNESO is committed to meeting with management to discuss wage increases for all members, but will not concede to a giveback that affects our bargaining unit or other terms of our contract.
