Pre-Arrival Module
Our goal is that you will better understand what living in residence means for you, what to expect, and how to seek support available to you. We expect you will recognize and fulfill your critical role in promoting an inclusive living and learning experience for everyone. To ensure your understanding of these expectations that come with living in a Queenβs Residences community, you must complete the Residence Pre-Arrival module before you move in.
It will take approximately 15 minutes, and at the end, you must click COMPLETE to have your response registered.

Complete the It Takes All of Us online learning program
To ensure every first-year student is aware of and understands their role in helping to prevent sexual violence, you are required to complete the It Takes All Of Us online learning program before September 3, 2024.
If you find completing the program online difficult due to personal circumstances, you'll be asked to complete a form to opt-out.

Make sure your vaccines are up to date!
Vaccines are one of the most effective ways to protect yourself and others from infectious diseases, including illnesses that are more easily spread in communal living situations like in residence.
Before coming to Queenβs, we recommend you review and confirm with your healthcare provider that all your vaccines are up-to-date, including Meningitis Type B.
In the fall Student Wellness Services (SWS) will offer publicly funded influenza (flu) vaccines for the campus community. SWS is able to administer all publicly funded vaccinations upon request and will also be monitoring the COVID-19 illness in case those vaccines are required for the campus
Please refer to the email sent earlier today for more information.
