Monolaurin

Is monolaurin an antiviral? Yes. That’s why it’s used to prevent as well as treat viral health concerns, including herpes, shingles, the common cold and the flu. Overall, it’s known to be an excellent booster to the immune system, and it can be found in some foods you may already enjoy on a regular basis.

Herbs

Echinacea purpurea leaf & root, Echinacea angustifolia root, Goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis), Oregon Grape root (Mahonia aquifolium); grain alcohol 60%, spring water. Strength 1:5.

Works best when started at the first signs of infection (scratchy throat, etc.). Echinacea boosts white cell count to help resist infection; goldenseal contains antibacterial/antiviral properties.

Osha Root Extract

Wondrous Nose/Cold 'n Flu Kit

Especially in the dry winter months, nasal passages can be very dry, causing discomfort and even nosebleed. Coconut oil is soothing to the mucus membranes and keeps them moist - one application lasts an entire day. Yarrow has an amazing ability to instantly stop hemorrhage, thus preventing a nosebleed especially as related to dry nose conditions.  Iodine is antiviral.  Olive leaf is antiviral.

White pine needle and dandelion leaf, both of which have been studied and shown to help defend against coronaviruses.  Coconut oil is also effective against all lipid-coated viruses, bacteria, and fungi, so terrific for intercepting many infectious illnesses.

You have much more power than you know!
