A Fond Farewell to Our Chief Commercial Officer


After 7 years of dedicated service, Colin has moved on to pursue an exciting new opportunity with Ben Shaffer Recreation. While we will certainly miss his leadership and vision, we are thrilled for him as he embarks on this new journey.

Facilities & Reservations


  • We added a way to resend the approval email to a different email address. This will allow the management side user to resend the reservation request email to the updated email address, allowing the client to approve the request.


Memberships


  • A fix was issued for Membership Card photo files. Membership Card photo uploads that have an apostrophe in the file name will now strip the apostrophe and upload the file correctly.


Reports


  • We added a q mark to the summary page of the Budget Group Income Summary report to explain that transactions from budget groups that were not selected may appear on this page if they are on the same invoice.
  • A fix was issued to correct the Budget Group Income Summary report to reflect the correct credit card fee estimate.
  • A fix was issued when filtering the Disbursement Income report by Budget Group. The page will only show totals from that Budget Group.
  • A fix was issued for the Income Summary report by Location, having the interior pages stay on the filtered location.
  • A fix was issued on disbursement reporting when Fund Accounts are used.
  • A fix was issued for the Reservation Income report showing transaction dates on all pages.


POS


  • A fix was issued for the promo code applying on products, regardless of when in the process of checkout it is applied.


Misc

  • Subscription Settings - Knowledge Base article
  • It’s important departments verify / request to change their Billing Contacts Name, Email and Phone and their Primary Contacts Name, Email and Phone.
  • A ‘Resolve Issue’ option has been added to the Overdue Payments box of the Payment Plans Issues report. This was added because issues in the box do not clear once the client has dealt with them. (IMPORTANT**This link DOES NOT fix the issue, it simply removes the listing from the report.)
  • New System Status page on main MyRec.com website:
  • We want to update you on a service interruption that took place on August 21, 2024, at 11:50 PM, caused by an unexpected outage from our hosting provider. Although we restored services promptly, a subsequent issue temporarily affected access to our software. We responded quickly to resolve the situation and have completed a comprehensive audit and implemented enhancements to our infrastructure to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
