Hands-On Drip Irrigation Workshops
Classes are scheduled to run from September 2021 to May 2022 from 9:00 - 11:00 AM.

Join us at the Calleguas Municipal Water District in Thousand Oaks or the Oxnard Historic Farm Park.

Attendees will work in small groups with Master Gardeners to assemble and install a single irrigation system. Participants will also receive a copy of the UC Drip Irrigation Education Guide!
Recently, the Thelma Hansen Fund hosted a three-day series to inform about climate change and the science behind it. In an effort to raise awareness of current and predicted impacts on Southern California, the impressive lineup of UC speakers focused on the environment, agriculture, and disasters such as drought and fire.

See the list of 4-H Clubs to find one near you. Review the list of projects, meeting days, and location to see if this would be a good fit for you. Over 500 youth are enrolled in Ventura County 4-H making new friends and exploring new interests.
