BYLAW CHANGES - The Special Meeting to vote on proposed bylaw changes was held in Seguin on January 9, 2021. For the purpose of being able to meet the quorum requirements, members were allowed to cast proxy ballots. There were 1012 ballots emailed to the members with the voting open from January 2 - 7, 2021. We needed 10 percent of the members to cast proxy ballots or attend the meeting. At the close of the voting, 166 proxy ballots were cast which exceeded the 10% quorum requirement. There were an additional 18 members attend the meeting in Seguin for a total of 184 ballots cast. The IBCA bylaws require two-thirds of the ballots cast for the adoption of the proposals.
