Clubhouse Closure Extended
Due to the latest State-wide Stay Home order, the Cadence clubhouse will be closed through April 15th. All scheduled club activities have also been cancelled through April 15th. We will continue to monitor the situation and update the community to any changes. We understand this is frustrating, and greatly appreciate everyone's patience and support through these unprecedented times.
Social Distancing
We are asking all residents to stay out of phase 2. This includes the roads, sidewalks, homes and all. We understand many folks are going out for walks to stay active at this time, but this is not an open area for walking. Our team is doing everything they can to maintain social distancing and having residents walk through the construction sites is not safe of healthy.
Also, we've received concerns about residents gathering at the pavilion/gazebo. Please make sure you are practicing social distancing, and wiping down these chairs after use. This would also be a great time for residents to take home their cushions/pillows that have been left for sanitary reasons.
