Kathy Simmons was a compassionate nurse, a resident of Hancock County, and mother of three children. She became a fatal victim of domestic violence in 2003. Join us to remember the life of Kathy Simmons and support survivors of domestic violence in western Illinois.  All proceeds from this event will go towards Victim Services' Domestic Violence Program.

5K Registration Options

1) Online: click the "Register Now!" button shown below to proceed with online registration through Constant Contact/Paypal.  You will be given to option to pay via credit/debit card through PayPal, or to declare that you plan to mail a check. You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to pay online. 

New this year: you can enter more than one person on a single transaction!  Look for the "I want to register another person..." option on the online registration form.  The payment summary at the bottom of the form will automatically update for each person you add.  

2) Phone: call Victim Services' Domestic Violence office at (309) 837-6622 between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to register via phone and arrange payment via check. 

3) Paper: entry forms can be picked up at the WIRC-CAA office, 223 South Randolph Street, Macomb, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
