Jeffco Education Center Collects Over 11,000 Bars for Grub Club
And our schools collected even more food items!
As we shared with you in the January 15 edition of Media Tips, our entire district took part in the food drive Grub Club. The Ed Center was assigned bars - granola, breakfast, protein (anything goes!) - and a target of 4,000 bars. Within two weeks, we were past that, and ultimately ended up collecting 11,141 bars for the Jeffco Action Center food bank! Check it out here! And some of our schools' amazing collections too, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here. What a community!
