Greetings Community Partners,

As Shelby County School Board members work to establish budget priorities for the 2021-22 school year, Shelby County Schools (SCS) is seeking input from stakeholders about the priorities that will best help the District improve academic achievement in the year ahead.

Several factors must be taken into account when developing priorities for the District’s more than $1 billion budget. The budget priorities will be driven by a review of current programs and operations, resource needs and annual strategic goals.

Community Input
Please complete this brief survey to provide input on our budget priorities for the 2021-22 school year. You can find the survey, an informational video and more HERE. Community members are also encouraged to email any additional budget feedback to Budgetcomments@scsk12.org. The survey will remain open until Friday, January 22.

Throughout the budget planning process, the District along with the School Board will continue to garner input through various opportunities including surveys and community sessions.

Thank you for your continued support.
