Daily UPDATE

Daily Reflection: Friday, March 27

My Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,

As we continue to move through these difficult days, I am so grateful to all of the
St. Thomas More Staff and Parishioners who are making extraordinary efforts to keep us connected as a Parish Family.

Although the Parish Office is closed and all meetings are cancelled, the Staff continues to work from home, and we continue to do all that is necessary to keep our Parish “moving” in these days.

Also, so many of our Parishioners are finding creative ways to connect with one another, especially seeking out those who may isolated in a variety of ways.

For this I am very, very grateful!

As we keep “moving” forward in these days, I need to remind everyone that we are “a Business under the Cross.”

We continue to have bills and mortgage payments to make.

Please take time to read the message from Ron Briseno, our Business Manager/Director of Development.

However you are able to respond to his message, it will be much appreciated!

Let us keep the faith and continue to walk united!

Honor the LORD with your wealth,
with first fruits of all your produce;
Then will your barns be filled with plenty,
with new wine your vats will overflow.
—Proverbs 3:9-10

For years when I spoke at our New Members Reception, I regularly stated "This is your "Home" and as your "Home" we need to provide for her."

Your Church and Family of St. Thomas More needs you now, more so than she has ever needed you before.

Your ongoing support assists us to continue working on your behalf. Our expenses continue and I have contacted those vendors with whom we could to reduce services and lower our expenses.

As we continue to work on your behalf, we ask that you continue to support St Thomas More weekly, monthly, or as you can through this time.

You can visit us and donate online at  stmoside.org/online-giving, or mail in your contribution, or you can use the Dropbox at the Parish Office entrance (on the exterior wall to the left of the doors).

Know I am here to assist you if you have any questions.
Please call me at 760-758-4100 x104.

With your continued faith, hope and prayers we will all get through this time of challenge.

Peace of Christ,
Ron Briseno
