The new Citizen Request Portal gives residents simple access to Town services and reports any issues you find around Town; whether that be icy sidewalks, a fallen tree, street sweeping, etc.
During the spring, our crew goes out to sweep the neighbourhoods of all the debris accumulated over the winter months.
"No parking" signs are placed 24 hours before sweeping starts. We ask that residents be cognizant of the signage and move their vehicles and help our crews complete the work.

The seasonal yard waste pick-up program will be operating starting May 2, 2022.
Every year when spring arrives, get ahead of the game by cleaning up your yard and preparing for the warm days ahead.
Between May and October weekly collection of yard waste also takes place on your designated collection day.
Garbage/Recycling Cart Placement
The automated arms on the collection truck need to clasp and lift the carts. If there isn’t enough space for the equipment to operate correctly, your carts will not be emptied.
Remember to leave at least 1 m (3 ft) around your carts so you can comfortably walk between and around them.

Whether you are landscaping, building a new fence or deck, or simply planting a garden, disturbing the ground on your property can cause damage to a buried utility. Some utilities are buried mere centimetres below the surface.
Use our new Utility Locates Request Form to have any buried utilities identified and marked prior to excavation.
