We understand that our policyholders may be feeling uneasy during these difficult times. While our community is under a State of Emergency, as an “essential business,” Thorp & Trainer remains open to service your insurance needs. However, in order to keep with the directives outlined by state and national leaders and the CDC, EFFECTIVE today, we have enacted several protocols to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.

  • Please call ahead! We are seeing clients by appointment only.  
  • In order to maintain social distancing, our interior doors leading to the reception area are now locked.
  • The vestibule will remain open. We can leave any paperwork on the table within the vestibule for any documents that require a signature.
  • We offer electronic processing of all necessary documents, please call and update your contact information.
  • We are encouraging payment via credit, debit or e-checks over the phone. Please try to limit any cash payments.
