Returning Student Verification (RSV)
Starts the Week of April 11th
Parents will receive an email from the District (
noreply@noreply.infosnap.com) the week of April 11
th. This email contains a unique snapcode that you will use to access your student’s form. Click on the link provided in the email and follow the step by step instructions.
ALL GRADE LEVELS WILL NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL ON THE SAME DAY. They will go out staggered over a period of a week. So if you don’t get all your students on the same day, give it at least a week before contacting the school. Emails will go out to one parent first, then if there is no response, a second email will be sent to the first parent again along with the second parent listed.
WHY IS RSV IMPORTANT?
· This is your opportunity to update contact information, emergency information, medical information as well as sign several of the annually mandatory forms such as the AUP (Acceptable Use Procedures which allows your students computer access while at school).
· It lets us know if you will be returning to our school, going to home education, going virtual, transferring to a private school, moving to another school in our District, or moving out of our District completely. This ensures that your students cumulative file is transferred to the appropriate school, correct scheduling takes place over the summer, and staff can be hired as needed.
