ComEd Tree Trimming
ComEd has begun tree trimming work along several routes within the Village, as marked on the above map. The pruning project is performed annually to maintain power lines and electrical service reliability, because trees and other vegetation can lead to power outages if/when they come in contact with power lines. The project is expected to take three weeks to complete; residents are asked to use caution when passing crews along the roadways. For more information, please visit https://www.longgroveil.gov/2022-tree-trimming.
