ALERT UPDATE:
COVID-19 Guidelines & Information

3 16 20 - COVID-19 is now a worldwide pandemic and everything around us is changing very quickly. Decisions and advice are coming from many sources at the federal, state and local levels. These issues involve legitimate concerns related to public health, regulatory, clinical, business, supply chain, etc.

While the KDA does not have the legal authority to mandate to its members how they practice, we do recommend that all dentists in the state use common sense when treating patients and stay tuned to their local health departments, the CDC, the Kentucky Board of Dentistry, OSHA and their local city governments for guidance about patient health care, elective surgeries and non-emergent care.

Our job is to disseminate information so that you may make informed and responsible decisions. Please use discretion and be  responsible citizens for the sake of your  patients, staff and families.

The KDA will continue to distribute information as it becomes available.
