I have held off posting pictures of my warehouse move because honestly it's been so overwhelming that I just have not felt like I've made much progress.  Not that you can call this progress but this is what the back part of the warehouse looks like today.  I worked on it most of the day and am still putting up shelving.  Maybe by the end of the week it will be "almost" done.
Vintage Scouting Memorabilia On eBay
Here is a view I am a little more proud of.  This is the heart of the operation where all the online action happens.  From this main work room all the eBay listing, shipping and Best Hobby Pages magic happens.  It's still a work in progress but today we managed to mostly get caught up on shipping which means things are getting back to normal with the business.

Order of the Arrow Top Selling Auctions
So far almost all of the help I've recruited has been from Scouters.  The SM of my daughter's troop helped me build shelves for 2 days (they look great!) and then over the weekend I had two Eagle Scout camp staff members help me move a ton of stuff.  Of course nobody works for free but I was really glad I could recruit people I know rather than getting some help off of the Internet.
Scouting Auctions Ending Soon on eBay
You can find 213 live OA flap auctions on my eBay account as I continue to run new auctions nearly every night.  Having OAimages go down has slowed the progress as I've always relied on that site to help ID patches.  Hopefully the message from ISCA that they have a back up is true and it will be turned on soon.

Moving all your stuff is truly a humbling experience.  I feel like I could post stuff for sale on eBay and Facebook for the next 5 years and not get through it all.  One of my employees told me as much this morning.  But I just can't bring myself to throwing anything BSA related away so I'll keep trying to get it all sorted and sold even it does take me the next decade to do so.
Like just about everyone we are hunkering down and riding out the virus.  Both kids are home from school and my wife is working from home.  Looks like we will get to see what online 4th grade looks like.

In Charlotte, North Carolina I have an antique mall booth that is filled with nothing but Scouting stuff.  I call this location my clearance center because I've marked down everything to move.  A lot of what you will find there are items that are too bulky to easily ship from an Internet store.  The booth is located in The Sleepy Poet which is a well established antique mall on South Blvd in Charlotte.  The mall is open 7-days/week year round.  So the next time you are in the area come check it out.
