Crazy times. First, I hope you and your family stay safe and healthy and are following guidelines from government and health officials. There’s plenty of time to ponder what the future looks like with all this change, but most important is that we stay calm and keep ourselves in the mental capacity to make sensible decisions. If you are a team leader/exec, you can support your team by alleviating stress in any way you can by being available and keeping the lines of communication open. Everyone has a lot going on at home now, so work should feel secondary for all of our people.
From a work perspective, I am incredibly encouraged by the economic development communities for jumping in and putting out information for helping businesses navigate this uncertainty and to be able to care for their employees. See the section below for resources that will help you get through this time of uncertainty.
Stay safe and healthy, my friends.
In the meantime, my team and I at Fresh Brewed Tech will continue to keep you updated on our amazing tech ecosystem, with positive news, including our companies that are assisting with this pandemic. Stay tuned!
Cheers,
P.S. Who has the best video of a kid washing their hands and singing a song to? We could all use an educational pick me up.
