2020-21 School Theme: Embrace Challenge

Everyone likes to look forward to something exciting. Well, all of us at Brookfield Academy have a wonderful gift coming our way -- the completion of our Fitness Center!
The construction is finished; the paint is almost dry; the windows are polished; and the climbing wall is ready to navigate. All we need before we can move our equipment into this new facility is the flooring - a very special, thickly-padded flooring that has traveled a long way to come to Brookfield Academy. The flooring was made at a plant overseas and placed on a ship that traveled across the Pacific Ocean to Los Angeles; then it was transported by train to Chicago. Soon the flooring will be loaded onto another boxcar bringing it to Wisconsin and then trucked to us. We look forward to the arrival of this final component -- it may reach our campus as soon as this week!
We expect to hold a special “Grand Opening” for our students in February. Special programming is planned for all our students, so they may explore and enjoy our new facility.
Thank you to our generous donors, our hard-working construction crew, and our staff and faculty for their teamwork behind the scenes to make this addition to Brookfield Academy an exciting reality for our students.
