Student Senior Meeting

Students in alternative education programs need to make arrangements to be at the Senior Meeting.
  • Important information will be shared about Graduation and the remaining months of the school year. 
  • The 2021 Class Picture will be taken. To adhere to social distance guidelines, we will not take the large group picture as in previous years. Individual students will stand in front of a screen and have their picture taken. Empire photography will then piece together a group shot.
  • Order form  If you are ordering the Empire Class Photo, please bring the order form and payment to the Senior Meeting. Payment can be made via cash, check: made payable to Empire Photography, or by credit card (information should be written on the order form) 
  • Graduation Cap & Gown Order Packets will be distributed.

The application for the HUHS Scholarship Foundation for 2021 will be open on Monday, December 7th! HUHS Scholarship Foundation, Inc. is a charitable foundation organized by local citizens and business people and administered by Legacy Private Trust Company. The income of the fund is used for scholarships and financial aid to assist deserving graduates of Hartford Union High School in their post-high school education. The application for the almost 50 available scholarships is open until February 26, 2021.
To apply, please visit the HUHS website, and click on “Academics/Scholarship/HUHS Scholarship Foundation.” There you will find the list of available scholarships, a step-by-step application process, and answers to Frequently Asked Questions. If you still have further questions, you can send an email to scholarships@huhs.org.

Friendly Reminder: Students: If you are not feeling well during the school day, you must report to the Health Room as per our procedures. The Health Room is located at the corner by the cafeteria hallway. Students should not be calling or texting parents/guardians to tell them they are not feeling well and want to go home.

There will be another scholarship drawing for a 2020 graduate or 2021 senior. A successful donation can designate one graduate to be put in the drawing.
Visit virtually with Moraine Park Technical College on Thursday, Dec. 17th. Sign-up using the Google form links below. Once registered, the virtual meeting invite link to meet via Zoom will be emailed along with a reminder text. Multiple times are available each day. Meetings will be for 30 minutes with Heidi Sternig, MPTC Recruiter. Please sign-up early!

WEF will continue to be a resource for our students and schools.
As in the past, we'll need your help to get our students and families pointed in WEFs direction. We're expecting nearly 100 colleges, universities, military branches, and specialty schools to participate in the college fair portion. Register Now!
Offering a monthly virtual college fair from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m., followed by 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. interactive financial aid presentation.
