Dear Belterra Residents,
 
You are all aware of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and the impact it is having globally, including here in the United States. While it is impossible to predict the ultimate impact of COVID-19, we have been monitoring the situation as it develops.
 
Effective Monday, March 16 th  the Belterra Onsite Management Office and Recreation Center will be closed until further notice . All in-person meetings of the Association are cancelled. To the extent feasible, business of the association will continue remotely.
 
In addition to the Rec Center and Management Office closing, the following measures are being taken for the health and safety of our residents, teammates, vendors and prospective customers:
-         Fitness Center/Workout Facilities CLOSED until further notice
-         Group Fitness/Activity Classes SUSPENDED until further notice
-         Organized group Meetings/Events including reservation of Activity Center rooms SUSPENDED until further notice. Fees and deposits will be refunded.
 
The Board of Directors and management, are actively monitoring this situation, and will continue to share new information.  We appreciate all of your patience during this time. We will follow up in the near future with plans moving forward as of April 1, 2020.

If you are experiencing any symptoms or feel you may be at risk, please call your healthcare provider immediately. We encourage all residents to practice the following preventative recommendations from the Center for Disease Control:
·      Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
·     Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
·     Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
·     Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
·     Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
