Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour training course designed to give members of the public key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health or substance use concern or experiencing a crisis. There will be a 30 minute lunch break. This is an interactive training where participants will learn a 5 step process to reach out.
