Student retake photos are scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 5, from 10:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. That block of time includes homeroom and lunch, so any student needing a retake should make time to go to the auxiliary gym. There is no charge for just a yearbook photo. A student may purchase a package that day if desired.
If your student did not have his or her photo taken on orientation day in August, he or she must have a photo taken even if photos aren't being ordered. If there is an issue with the original photo (hair in face, eyes closed, off center), students may have a retake made. The original package of photos MUST be returned to the photographer.
If a student doesn't have a photo taken, he or she will not have an album picture in the school yearbook.

Overall, Uniform Dress Code compliance has been solid this year. Following are the three most recurring violations that you can help BCHS administration address.
Sweatshirts
Only the approved grey crew neck with crest and blue quarter zip with crest are allowed. The uniform polo is not required to be worn under the grey crew neck or blue quarter zip. All other sweatshirts, even if they say Bishop Chatard, are not permitted.
Shoes
Gym shoes or casual shoes are required. We have expanded our uniform code to allow for Birkenstocks. So Crocs and Birkenstocks are permitted, slides are not. Socks must be worn at all times.
Shaving
Male students are to be clean-shaven. Please make sure your son shaves before coming to school.
Thanks for your support in the enforcement of our Uniform Dress Code!
