Community Resource Center Has Moved!
CVOEO's Community Resource Center (CRC) is temporarily moving! As of Monday, May 9th, community members in need can visit us at our Feeding Chittenden location serving up food, coffee, clothing, hygiene products, and housing/emergency housing resources. All are welcome! The temporary CRC address is:

228 North Winooski Ave (Feeding Chittenden)
Open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Garden Day 2022
The best day in spring is back! The 34th Annual Garden Day will be held on May 20th, 2022 at Burlington High School. In partnership with 3SquaresVT, CVOEO will distribute donated seeds and seedlings to help Vermonter's save money by growing their own vegetables. CVOEO also invites Vermont residents to apply for 3SquaresVT while participating in the event.

Grow your veggie garden with 3SquaresVT
With signs of spring slowly but surely appearing, many Vermonters are planning their gardens so they can grow food all season long.

Did you know that 3SquaresVT benefits can be used to buy vegetable and fruit seeds and plants at any retailer that accepts EBT? Growing some of your own fruits and veggies can be a rewarding way to put fresh food on your table and an opportunity to stretch your food budget.

Not enrolled in 3SquaresVT? 3SquaresVT is an important program that provides eligible people with money every month to pay for groceries. 3SquaresVT can be used at over 600 retailers and more than 40 farmers markets across the state. Benefits are provided each month on an EBT (electronic benefits transfer) card, which looks and works just like a debit card. This program is for everyone who is eligible.
